1 tbsp maple syrup

A pinch of baking soda

A pinch of sea salt

2 eggs

85 grams almond flour

1 tbsp flax seeds (alsi) powder

Icing sugar for dusting

Technique:

1. Preheat the oven at 180˚C. Choose 2 medium bananas on a baking tray and roast for 10-15 minutes. Enable to neat a little.
